I went through the hiring process at Sylvamo and was really impressed with how clear and organized everything was from the start. They explained all the stages really well, setting out deadlines and what they expected, which helped me get ready. Communication was fast and to the point, and they answered all my questions accurately, making the whole experience smooth and professional. Sustainability Specialist
They reached out to me on LinkedIn to see if I was interested in the role and got my phone number to discuss it further. The HR team then scheduled a brief video call where they explained the job in more detail and I went over my CV. Before moving on, I had a quick call in English. After that, I had an interview with the HR Business Partner and the hiring manager. The third interview was in person, and the final one was a video call with the area director. The whole process was very transparent, lasted about 2 months, and no inappropriate questions were asked.
- Describe activities and achieved results in previous companies.
Intern
