After your resume is approved, you'll chat with the hiring manager. She's really nice and asks general questions about you, your background, and what you can do. Then, you'll meet the team manager. She's also super friendly and wants to know about your skills, experience, and why you're a good match for the team. Finally, you'll have one-on-one chats with the whole team to check out your experience and see if you fit. They might ask you the same or different things. The Ph.D. person will hit you with the most technical stuff. If they like you after all this, you'll hear back the next day via email.

Just to preface, I got the contract through an agency I'd sent my CV to. They contacted me back for an initial introductory meeting. Then, there was a second interview for the specific role I was interested in. After that, I had a third interview with the company's HR department. Finally, in the fourth and last interview, I met the managers I'd be working under. The first few interviews were mainly to discover my aptitudes and soft skills, whereas the fourth interview focused primarily on the technical and theoretical aspects of chemistry or, in general, the field I'd be working in.

I was contacted by a Talent Manager who said I would have a first step with the HR Manager and then with the potential manager. The first step was skipped entirely and I only had the interview with the latter. The interview was totally unstructured, with vague questions for even vaguer answers, not at all technical even though I was speaking with a technical person.
