Just to preface, I got the contract through an agency I'd sent my CV to. They contacted me back for an initial introductory meeting. Finally, in the fourth and last interview, I met the managers I'd be working under. The first few interviews were mainly to discover my aptitudes and soft skills, whereas the fourth interview focused primarily on the technical and theoretical aspects of chemistry or, in general, the field I'd be working in.
