It was a long process, about 8 weeks from start to finish, with 4 interviews: a screening call, an interview with someone in the same role, a presentation, and a culture fit interview. They said I got the job but had contract issues. Then, two weeks later, they told me the role funding was pulled. I feel like I wasted 8 weeks and they should have decided sooner instead of messing around. Also, I'm kind of glad I didn't get it because of the CEO's reputation, which I mentioned in the screening call.

It was more than 3 rounds of interviews, and the whole process took over a month. The final round had a presentation that I had to put together myself, drawing on my past experience with programs. They said I could get feedback, but then they ghosted me when I asked for it.

It was a 4 step process and took about 2.5 weeks. They are serious about hiring, but I don't think I've ever joined a company just because of the recruiter. Jason is one of the best though. He made the longer process seamless with constant call and text checkins throughout and actually got to know me. He seemed to know everything about the company, both past and future, and the market trends impacting company success. He made me comfortable before I accepted by sharing the good and the concerns that are being worked on. It really felt like a trustworthy recruiter for a change and made the process easy.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • The recruiter call was mostly high level informative for both parties.
  • The Manager call went deeper into process, methodology, and accounts I would own.
  • Presentation was on an implementation case study with the VP.
