Had two intro interviews that were conversational about my work history and aspirations. They asked why QTS and why now and what would success look like to me. Very straightforward, no BS. A few personality questions and more nuanced discussion on leading teams and managing timelines.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through 3 interviews in total. The first two interviews were great and the third one was with the hiring manager who makes the final decision. I was never contacted back after that. I sent a follow-up email but was ghosted by the entire team. I can understand not hearing back after a first interview, but after going through 2 phone screenings and 1 interview that involved a powerpoint presentation and then getting ghosted is just rude. Especially since they talked about great communication during the interviews.

I had one phone interview for the NOC Tech position. It went really well, just like I expected. This was my very first interview ever, but it all went smoothly. They asked me questions like in a one-on-one chat, and also a couple of technical questions about IT. I was pretty nervous beforehand, especially the 30 minutes before the call, but once we started talking, I got into it and it felt normal.

So first I had a 20 minute phone interview, then I went in person to meet with my supervisor. After that, there was a group interview with 3 of my peers, and then a final interview with one of the owners. It took weeks to hear back after the final interview, which was a bit nerve wracking. The interviewers were all really nice though.
