The interview was alright. The HR person seemed unpleasant, and the management team was undergoing changes. It seems like all employees were either new hires or were leaving. The pay was low, the hours were long, and they wanted one person to handle many different tasks.

I sent my CV to HR and then got a call from them. They asked me various questions and checked my language skills. After that, I interviewed with the Director of Sales and then had a separate interview with the GM. There was also a test to determine what type of person I am.
