The interview process was quite long, with two interview rounds that had multiple interviewers each. After that, I went to an assessment center. It had a group discussion, a business case for me to solve on my own, and a role play. Even though it was a long process, it was a very valuable experience.

I sent in my application online after finding the job posting on LinkedIn, and I included my CV and a cover letter. After just a few days, I had a phone interview where we briefly chatted about my CV and some basic stuff like why I'm interested in the job and the company, and why I want to relocate. Following that, I was sent two tests via email. The next step was an invitation to an assessment center at the company's offices. Overall, it was a really good experience!

The process had a lot of steps: a test of ability, a digital interview, a personality test, and then a final interview with a case study. It all started in September and wrapped up at the end of January, so it was a pretty long haul. The case study was pretty interesting, and meeting the team and HR at the end was really nice. But still, it's a long process for just one job in the end.
