Behavioral Technical Other

First, I received an email about completing an online assessment using the Talview app. This assessment included basic questions about my previous job, some psychometric questions, and a few technical questions like sums and equations. They mentioned that it would be recorded and I'd have 3-4 minutes to answer each question, and I suppose we can't use a calculator. It felt a bit challenging for an experienced employee to answer textbook questions from college. I think they tailor the questions to the job description. I'm not sure why this was needed, as it seemed like an HR and technical round through an app. Overall, I'd rate it 2 out of 5. Thanks.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Answer general psychometric questions about daily office issues and your previous job.
  • Respond to technical questions found in textbooks, aligned with your Job Description.
