Got contacted by the recruiter and then had an interview with the Manager. It went pretty well, the Manager was nice and professional. I mentioned I didn't have one of the required qualifications, which is why I didn't get the job. But, the chat was still encouraging. After that, the recruiter just stopped responding to my messages, which felt weird and like they were just trying to hit their numbers instead of helping candidates. It was kinda unprofessional and left a bad taste.

I was referred by a recruiter for a Data Scientist position. It started with an initial telephonic screening, then I was given a data science programming assignment. Based on how I did, I was then invited to the Zurich office for 3 face-to-face or telepresence interviews, which was about a half-day process. Overall, the interview process was enjoyable, and the senior members were really friendly. The only downside was during the telepresence interview where the interviewers seemed uninterested; one was making faces and the other didn't make eye contact.

The interview process was long and fair. First, there was a cognitive ability test with numerical and reasoning questions under a time limit. Then, a one-way video interview where I had to answer 5 fit questions, some a bit tricky but not too hard. Next, I had a one-on-one interview with a senior data scientist where they asked in-depth questions about my projects, ML tools, and their applications. Step 4 was an assessment of an occupational personality questionnaire. This test isn't timed but asks about your behavior and personality in work situations. The final step was an interview with a team head for an open discussion about my motivation and experience. After passing all these steps, the final interviewer said I'd hear from them soon. However, for the next 6 weeks, there was no reply even after follow-ups. Then, a month and a half later, I received an email stating they canceled the position. I didn't expect this from such a big company; it felt like a waste of time and resources if they weren't sure about hiring for their graduate positions.
