The entire interview process was really drawn out. In August, I had my first interview. Over a week later, I was told I passed and got an assignment. After I submitted it, it took another week to schedule the next round, which was a System Design interview about my project and approach. By that evening, I saw my application status was closed. The next day, I was asked to fix my project because they found issues, and the portal showed 'Interview Process' again. Two weeks later, I got a new interview link, which was then rescheduled for another week later. The whole thing took about 42 days, only to end with a silent rejection. Honestly, it was one of the worst interview experiences I've had, quite traumatic and a huge waste of time for anyone serious about the job.

  • How would you calculate aggregated metrics using the provided tables?

After the HR screening, I had my technical round. They asked me about the project on my resume, focusing on how I handled obstacles. Then, they inquired about my Palantir workshop application and asked some SQL questions, specifically about window and inner joins. The interview had two people; one was nice and explained things, but the other, who seemed to be in a senior role, was quite inquisitive and tried to put pressure on me.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Can you discuss the project from your resume?
  • Describe your approach to overcoming challenges encountered in that project.
  • What can you tell me about your Palantir workshop application?
