I applied online and got a call a few days later to set up an interview. I had two phone interviews and then one in person. I met with about 8 or 9 people in total, so I got a good feel for the team while they assessed me. I was offered the job just a few hours after my last interview, which was great.

Had an initial chat with HR that was okay. They didn't know much about the role, so I couldn't get good info for the next interview. Then I met with two VPs. I thought I was ready, but they asked stuff that wasn't clear in the job description. I should've researched the department's challenges more beforehand. They got back to me two weeks later to say they weren't moving forward.

I applied at Swiss Colony just because it was the only place hiring then. I went to their office, filled out a paper application, then did the application again on a computer and finished a short assessment. After that, we toured the facility before I talked with someone for the main interview. I thought it was an HR person, but it turned out to be another CSR. After we finished, they said I'd hear back soon, but it took weeks. Then I was told I wouldn't start for 6 weeks.
