Substitute Teacher
The interview process for a sub opportunity is pretty simple. You'll start with a virtual intro over Zoom where we explain how the Swing platform works, and you can talk about your general teaching experience during onboarding.
- Can you describe a challenging classroom management situation you've handled?
Substitute Teacher
The process was easy and only required a Live Scan, TB test, and background check. A Bachelor's degree is needed for the position. The entire process took about two weeks from start to finish. I also got a teaching permit that allowed me to take on more assignments.
