So first you go in and interview, then you schedule your 'tour day' that's a few weeks out, and on that day you get a tour of the whole place and see what you'd be doing. You're in a group with about 10 other people for this 'tour day.' After that, you finish up all your paperwork and then they give you your drug test day.

I sent in my application online and after about two weeks, HR got in touch for a first chat, which happened on a Friday. I got through that and then had a phone chat with a Sales Supervisor the next Monday. The person was really nice and it felt pretty laid-back. They had my resume and basically asked me to walk through each job I'd had, and also asked some personal stuff about sports I like and what athletic gear I usually buy. They were trying to figure out what areas I'd be best at writing for, like running shoes or swim stuff. HR called me again after that to set up another interview for the week after. I had to do a 45-minute writing task where I just had to write a bunch of product descriptions for their items. The interview after that was with two sales supervisors and was just like the first phone chat – no special or different questions.

It was a pretty chill process, actually. I didn't hear back for ages, like months. Then I had two interviews, and they were spread out over a few weeks.

The interview process was very efficient and everything was really well organized. The people I spoke with were all super friendly. They asked some general questions, nothing that felt too difficult. To wrap things up, I had to complete a typing test and then a written test.
