I called to set up an interview and they were really cool about my schedule. The interview was mostly me talking about my past experiences and a lot about my personality to see if I'd fit in with the other instructors and students. There were some 'what if' questions too. Overall, it was a good experience. At the end of the interview, before I left, they invited me to the training class, which basically means I got the job.

I found this job on craigslist and applied. First, I had a quick phone chat that included some role-playing and customer service practice. Then, I went in for an interview, but the manager wasn't there. So, I had to come back another time to interview with the manager who oversees multiple stores.
