Applied online. About a week later, we set up an interview in Manhattan. The building was nice, the interviewer was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was positive. It wasn't a challenging interview. You just need to be a decent person and understand your responsibilities.

I saw an ad on craigslist and the person called me soon after and asked me maybe 20 questions. I guess my answers weren't good enough because I didn't hear back for a week. Then the same person called me again and asked me the same questions, but this time invited me for an interview. When I went in, I was asked the same questions I had been asked on the phone.

I applied online and then had a phone interview the same day, which was pretty basic. I was invited for an in-person interview that same week, which was also pretty basic and a bit confusing. They didn't seem to know what they were hiring for, and I got some really out-of-left-field questions. About a week later, I got a call back for what turned out to be a working interview. I spent about 30 minutes on the computer setting up walks, and they kept questioning every decision I made, which was a bit much since I was new to their system. After that, they asked more questions and sent me home. The whole thing was pretty irritating, awkward, and confusing. It felt like they were just trying to see what I could do and then figure out where to put me. For a big, expensive company, I expected a more organized process.

We sat down and they asked me some questions. They seemed really desperate for workers, asking very simple questions. It was all very nice and easy, although a bit disorganized because the company is still very new. But overall it was fine and pleasing. I feel like I'll have better luck with the best guy.
