I applied in December 2024. It took a bit before I got the initial coding test, which was on Codility. It was pretty manageable. A few weeks later, I heard back that I passed and was moving on to the interview with the Malaysian team. Then, another few weeks passed before I got the final interview with the team I would join. It was a great final interview, but HR just let me know I didn't get the job.

I started with a chat with the head of HR, who was super nice. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager, also very approachable. We went over my resume, and they told me about a take-home project. I had a week to do it, and then we had a meeting to talk about it. They said they'd email me about my application status and if I moved on to a final interview. But, I never heard back about my application. I emailed HR a bunch of times, and every time they just said, 'I'll get back to you next week.' After 5 months, still no final answer.

There were 3 interviews in total. The first one was with a company recruiter where I just talked about my background and what qualifications I have. The second one was with the group manager. It was mostly behavioral questions, but a little technical. The last one was a technical interview with 3 senior managers where I had to share my screen and code in python and c++ for an hour.
