I had a phone interview with the HR manager, followed by an in-person interview at the company, scheduled at my convenience, with the same HR manager and the coordinator for the position I'm interested in. There was also a psychometric test and some study exams for entry.

The interview process involved meeting the actual interviewers, which was good. However, the recruiter was strange and unclear about compensation, possibly intentionally. The compensation offered was less than my current salary and seemed to decrease with each stage. Due to the recruiter's opacity, I wouldn't have accepted an offer.
