First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sweety High.
Brand Marketing Director
I had an interview scheduled with Sweety High, but the recruiter cancelled the call because of scheduling conflicts and said they'd get back to me to reschedule. I reached out to the recruiter 3 weeks later because I never heard back about rescheduling my interview, so I assumed I was ghosted. Just say you decided to move forward with someone else instead of ignoring me, lol.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Social Media Marketing Intern
The interview itself was pretty laid back. The questions were straightforward, and there weren't too many of them. At the end I was asked to email them and let them know my availability and when I would be able to start working. I took this as a sign that they were interested in hiring me-- why else would they have asked this? However, after this exchange I never heard anything back. Not even a brief email conveying that they decided to go with another candidate. It's frustrating that they would lead people on like this and not even have the decency to properly communicate.
- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about your background?
- What interests you about Sweety High?
Project Manager
I went through a few phone and in-person interviews, even had a chat with the CEO. I thought it was going well, then they just stopped responding. The next step was supposed to be another in-person with the CEO and Co-Founder, but after trying to schedule a couple of times, I got ghosted. It's a bummer 'cause I really felt like I fit the team and the role. Too bad no one bothered to let me know they were going in a different direction, a simple email would've been fine instead of just being ignored.
- Can you share details about your background and what your career goals are?
Social Media Marketing Intern
We had a group interview where everyone answered the recruiter's questions in turn. It felt pretty chill, and the recruiter was super friendly and outgoing. The questions were mostly standard behavioral ones.
- What makes you want this job?
