The whole hiring process was pretty annoying. It involved like 5 or 6 interviews, plus filling out tons of forms. They threw in math, english, leadership, and personality tests. The final interview included a case study presentation where I had to lay out my findings. Honestly, it felt like they just wanted to get free marketing ideas from me, especially since the CEO and marketing head were typing on their computers the whole time during my presentation. It was super stressful and a huge letdown. After all that, when I followed up with a thank you note and more questions, the response was basically that they didn't have time to answer. Definitely don't bother with this company.

I had a really chill talk with the owner, she was super nice and to the point. She wanted me to come in early, like 8am, and we just had coffee while she asked me stuff.

The interview process contained one interview with the manager. We first talked about my background, why I'm interested in the job, and then moved on to a number of behavioral questions.

The interview was pretty straightforward, like you'd expect for a customer service role. My previous experience at Dairy Queen was a big help, but really, as long as you have decent people skills and can pick things up, you should be good to go. It's a solid starting point for high school or college students looking for their first job.
