Cook
The interviewer was pretty condescending and asked questions to try and make me feel dumb, like I wasn't good enough for the job. He even seemed to think that working only 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays was too little. But, he hired me anyway!
- What are your three biggest strengths and three biggest weaknesses?
Cashier Barista
It was a short, 15-minute sit-down interview. They mainly wanted to know about my availability and current schedule. They also asked some basic questions about my resume and education. It felt like I already had the job, and the interview was just a formality to confirm my schedule.
- What are your available work days?
- Tell me about your resume and education.
Kitchen Staff
It was a really casual interview that happened right when I arrived. The manager asked me some basic things, like to tell them about myself and what my strengths and weaknesses are. Then, they showed me around the store and I started working alongside the other employees.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What would you say are your strengths and weaknesses?
Cashier
It was brief. I was surprised they asked me personal questions, like about my age. They also asked about my job experience and former employer, my hours and availability, and my ideal pay. This thing won't let me send it without me saying 30 words, so annoying.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
