Behavioral

The interview took place at Sweaty Betty HQ, in the coffee shop area. It was a relaxed environment with several other candidates and interviewers present. Before the interview, candidates were offered coffee, water, tea, fruit, or popcorn. The atmosphere was bubbly and friendly, but not overwhelming. The interview itself was one-on-one and felt like a natural conversation. It was brief and to the point. Towards the end, standard questions about availability and desired working hours were asked. Upon departure, a Sweaty Betty water bottle was provided. Dress code suggestion: smart casual, though activewear was also common among candidates and staff.

Behavioral Other

It was a competency interview. I had it in a really busy coffee shop, so it was hard to hear and be heard. They asked questions, and then asked them again but worded differently. I had to call them to find out what was happening, and I got passed around to different managers. The manager who was supposed to tell me the outcome 'forgot' to call and blamed someone else for not reminding them.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was short and fun. Some questions might be tricky. They asked about why I joined the company and my knowledge about the industry, organizational skills, and if I have an aesthetic mind. They also emphasized being kind and caring towards customers. aaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaa aaa aaa a a a aa a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a
