Sales Associate
You'll either have a Teams call or a quick coffee chat with the store manager. The questions are retail-focused, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. If you make it to the store, it's a good chance to check out the customers and how busy the place gets.
- What would you do in certain situations?
Sales Associate
I got an email asking if I wanted to interview and I said yes! They scheduled my interview for Halloween at their Tribeca location. I made sure to research the company beforehand and wore a professional outfit (all black with dress shoes). The interviewer and a sales associate were really nice, and the interview was quite easy. They asked me a lot of personal questions about school and other things. I also had a phone interview with the direct manager, who was also very kind. I got an email today confirming I got the job, and I accepted!
- Can you introduce yourself and tell me about your major?
Sales Associate
The store manager for my interview didn't seem super prepared and didn't really try to get to know me. She just read through my resume and asked some basic questions about hypothetical scenarios. No follow-up email after the interview.
- Can you tell me about a time you were in a tough spot and how you dealt with it?
