Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sweaty Betty.
Marketing
From what I remember, it was a 3-stage interview process and everything was done remotely. The interviewers seemed friendly, but I didn't get a chance to visit the office or meet the team in person to get a better feel for the place.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Marketing
Questions came one after another during the interview process. You had to answer them as fast as possible. Make sure you're ready for the industry you're applying for, like the sports area, women's sports, or gym clothes, and have some amazing ideas.
- What is your reason for choosing Sweaty Betty?
- Can you describe our marketing strategy?
Marketing Assistant
Had 5 interviews for the marketing assistant role, and they asked the same questions each time. The questions were mainly about my CV and skills. The people were really nice, but you need to have relevant work experience to get hired here; it's not a good company for new graduates.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in working for Sweaty Betty?
