Senior Mobile Developer
The first part of the process was awesome; the recruiter was really comprehensive, and I could be at my best for the introduction meeting. That really helped me feel more confident and comfortable. The second part was a straightforward take-home test with difficulty level aligned with the position's seniority. The interviewer at the take-home test presentation was friendly and communicative, asked important questions, and brought important insights.
- Could you explain the single responsibility principle and its purpose?
React Native Developer
The HR interview was super chill and professional; the interviewer made me feel at ease and asked stuff that showed they really wanted to know about me. Then, for the technical part, I got a task to build a whole app, which I think is a smart way to test skills. They kept in touch the whole time, gave feedback, and I never felt left in the dark. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences ever.
- Can you tell me about a difficult situation you encountered and how you resolved it?
Product Manager
I was surprised by the type of questions I received in the interview, because this is how interviews were conducted in the past. Product management has grown a lot since these behavioral questions are outdated.
- HR asked many traditional interview questions such as 'tell me about a time when you had this type of scenario.'
Full Stack Web Developer
The hiring process was very quick, wrapping up in about 5 days. The technical interview was direct, and they didn't use any unnecessary tests, at least not in my experience. They focused on asking key questions about my background with specific technologies. Overall, I found the process to be excellent.
- Can you discuss your experience with ReactJS?
- Can you discuss your experience with NodeJS?
- Can you discuss your experience with AWS?
