Had a 25 min phone interview where I was asked four short-answer questions. I never got a follow up email in the timeframe they mentioned. I sent one myself three weeks later, but still no response. Then, about six weeks after the interview, I received an automated email from the hiring division.

The interview process for this higher education role was quite simple. Although it involved several steps, communication was clear at each stage. The interviews were a mix of phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings. While many things can be handled virtually, an in-person interview gives you a feel for the environment.
