Had a 25 min phone interview where I was asked four short-answer questions. I never got a follow up email in the timeframe they mentioned. I sent one myself three weeks later, but still no response. Then, about six weeks after the interview, I received an automated email from the hiring division.

The interview process for this higher education role was quite simple. Although it involved several steps, communication was clear at each stage.
