Applied via CV and personal statement, prompt response to set up assessment centre. Assessment centre was fairly easy, one group task where we were able to discuss then present. Unfortunately the standard of candidates meant that hardly anyone spoke. Interview followed with assessor which was a nice conversation. Awaiting a response took over 3 weeks even though we were told we would hear within a few days if the assessment. Had to chase up 3/4 times to get a response and when I asked for feedback they gave none.

I had a phone interview that went well and then I was invited to an assessment centre. On the day, there was an interview, two group exercises, an in-tray exercise, and a numerical reasoning test. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The bank has a big focus on the long-term and a really interesting culture and structure.
