I had a phone interview with a college recruiter first. Then, there was a video call with a senior staff member and a manager. During both of these interviews, I got to learn about the company and what my role would involve. They also asked me some typical interview questions to get to know me better.

I applied and heard back within a week to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next day, HR reached out to schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager, a director, and the HR director. Before the in-person, I had to do a personality test and an aptitude test that was relevant to the job. The in-person interview was about an hour long and the questions were really on point. They answered all my questions directly and honestly. The people I met were professional and seemed happy to work there. The office was clean and organized, and the receptionist was nice. It seemed like people there are driven and hold themselves to high standards. They also value creative thinking and challenging yourself. The whole process was efficient and productive. The people in the in-person interview could make hiring decisions. They gave me an accurate timeline for hearing back, and communication was great.
