The Suzuki Service Advisor interview involves a technical assessment of vehicle maintenance and repair orders. Then, a final interview will assess customer handling, communication skills, and service performance metrics.

I had an online virtual interview, which included 2 rounds. Sometimes there were delays in completing both rounds. It was necessary to prepare technically, but no personality-type questions were asked.

So for a receptionist job, we first look at resumes to see if you have the right experience and skills. Then, we might do a quick phone or video call to see how well you communicate and handle customers. After that, if you seem like a good fit, we'll have you come in person to check out your professionalism, how you multitask, and if you'd fit in with the team. Lastly, sometimes we'll ask you to do a small test, like taking a call or booking an appointment, just to see if you can actually do the job.

O processo foi interessante, com pessoas pacientes e atenciosas. A única questão foi o deslocamento, pois não era tão perto do local de trabalho. Tirando isso, tudo bom. Eles fizeram perguntas pertinentes à posição, pessoais e comportamentais. Recomendo realizarem entrevistas!
