It was a panel interview with three people. I'd say it was about average difficulty, not too hard or too easy. The panel was nice and put me at ease after I was feeling nervous beforehand.

Interview was very basic with two assistant managers. They asked about 6 behavioral questions in somewhat of a conversation format. After the I had to get five references to fill out a survey. Two of the references had to have been past managers. It took about 4 days to find out I got the job.

It was a systematic approach. The panel took notes as I spoke. Some clinical questions caught me off guard because I wasn't expecting to have to diagnose patients. However, the panel was friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a good experience.

The interview process was simple. I met with the hiring manager once over phone to review the position, then had a formal interview over Zoom, and then a panel interview over Zoom.
