This was a horrible interview. The manager and director didn't seem to know what they wanted, and they were also biased and very unprepared. They acted friendly and prepared at first, but they seemed rushed during the interview and weren't sure which questions they were supposed to ask me.

Behavioral Technical Case

Started by submitting my resume to Aerotek Staffing Agency on Day 1. Had a phone interview with them on Day 3. The following week (Week 2), I had a phone interview with the Department Supervisor. Week 3, they scheduled a second panel interview with 4 people. Then in Week 4, I had the panel interview with the Supervisor and 3 other employees. They all had the same questions, and each person took turns asking while noting my answers. In Week 5, Sutter Health HR verified and contacted all 3 of my references. I was then offered a 3-month temp-to-hire contract. My first day as a temp was Week 6. By Week 18, I was offered a full-time position at Sutter Gould without another interview. The process for the full-time role started with Sutter Health: 1. Online application, 2. Physical & TB test appointment, 3. Background check, 4. Basic Math test. Then I had a 2-week new hire orientation in Modesto to learn the EMR system. The whole hiring process was a long learning experience from temp to hire. Most entry-level jobs like this start with a staffing agency.
