Legal Assistant
Applying through Indeed was easy. The HR Manager was nice and communicated well. They provided great detail on the company, job requirements, and expectations. Benefits offered were nice. The friendly people in the office I met, including Reception, were great.
- Could you describe your career aspirations and explain how this role aligns with them?
Legal Assistant
Applying was easy and the interview was friendly. They took time to explain the role and how the company works. They want to find people who are a good fit for both the company and the employee. The office is nice and in Bellevue.
- Tell me about your career goals.
- What is your motivation for applying for this position?
Legal Assistant
I found this job posting and sent in my resume. HR reached out a few days later, and I had an onsite interview the following week. It was pretty disappointing that I never heard back after the interview, even when I sent follow-up emails. They didn't reach out at all.
- If a job offer was extended, would you be open to a thorough background check?
Legal Assistant
The interview process was pretty decent. They have a strict policy about phone usage at work, but it seems like an alright entry-level position. They also do a really thorough background check, which takes about a week and a half.
- Would you be alright with an extensive background check?
