So I had two interviews. The first one was a phone call. It was like, normal general questions about the job and what I'd be doing. Nothing too crazy. The second interview was with the supervisor and their boss. It was more general questions too, but this one was more about seeing if I'd fit the team, not really testing my skills or qualifications.

A local agency contacted me because my software experience seemed to fit what an employer was looking for. The first meeting was a 1:3 interview with the CFO, Controller, and a Corporate representative. It was mainly a preliminary chat to get to know each other and discuss management styles and work ethics. I felt it went well, so they invited me back for a more formal session in two days.

It was a Skype interview that lasted 30 minutes, followed by another interview at the headquarter in Corpus Christi. The interview at HQ was also easy, with basic questions for a management position. After that, I was sent for a 4-month training.
