It was a six person zoom interview. The people interviewing me didn't include the hiring manager or anyone who really understood the job. People kept turning off their cameras, which was unprofessional and distracting.

We did some quick phone chats first, and then picked 3 folks to come see us on campus. While on campus, I got to chat with the director, the career staff, some campus partners, and students. I also had to do a presentation about a career topic I picked. Everyone was super nice and made me feel welcome, which made for a really relaxed interview time.

The interview process was very seamless and easy to go through. I enjoyed getting to know the school along the way. I liked the interview more than most places I have interviewed for. I would absolutely recommend this school as a place of employment.
