Technical

First up was a phone call with a technical recruiter. After that, I had a second round interview via zoom with an engineer. The third round was an on-site interview for about 90 minutes at the Dublin office. Both the second and third interviews were quite technical. It felt like a fair process, and everyone I met was very nice.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty good interview experience. There were some behavioral questions, but they were easy to answer. The interview mostly focused on my skills and knowledge relevant to the sysadmin job. Having experience with system admin tasks would be a big advantage.

The whole process started with a phone interview. We talked about my background and how I fit the job. I was pretty nervous since it was my first phone interview and it didn't go as well as I hoped.
