The interview process had multiple rounds. It started with a recruiter call, then a field-specific interview where we discussed a case study, covering what was done right and wrong. Before the third round, which was in-person, I had online meetings with several people.

I applied directly to the role on the company website, but a recruiter also contacted me on LinkedIn before my application was reviewed. A few days later, I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter. Following that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their office, which lasted approximately three hours. During this visit, I toured the facilities and met with several Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiters. I also spoke with the HR Director. Within a week after the in-person interview, I was informed that they had chosen to move forward with other candidates. I considered the overall process to be positive due to its speed in scheduling and providing feedback, though the in-person interview was quite lengthy without breaks, and I wasn't told how long it would last. I did ask to use the restroom at one point between meeting interviewers, and that was permitted.

Behavioral Case

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The interviewers were really nice and explained the company and the role really well. I was given a project to do during the interview process which took a good amount of time. I was also asked a case study question about the typical problems an RC might face in their daily work.
