They started with an online assessment that had some quick brain teasers and probability questions. Then, there was a first round which was also a quick brain teaser and probability questions. The second round was a 1-on-1 with a junior quant where they talked about motivation and research, and I had to answer 3 math questions. The third round was another 1-on-1, this time with a senior quant, and we discussed trading models and a problem on the green book.

It started with some easy probability questions that got progressively harder, totaling around 20 questions. They focused on Combinatorics, Permutations, Expectation, and Variance. It was a good learning experience.

The first step was an online assessment that took about an hour, you can't pause it, and you have seven days to complete it. It covers logic, stats, combinatorics, and calculus, and it's about university-level math difficulty. Then there was an HR interview for about 45-60 minutes, starting with typical HR stuff, then moving to 2-3 math problems similar to the OA. After that, a quant team interview for 45-60 minutes with 2-4 questions on linear algebra, probability, calculus, and stats. Finally, a trading floor interview with both behavioral and technical questions, still involving math and stats, but designed for trading scenarios. After that, there was a take-home data exercise to be done within a week, followed by an onsite interview.
