It was a standard process, took less than a month. Had a few rounds with HR, the Hiring Manager's team, and then the Hiring Manager's boss. I'd say it was difficult, more focused on business aspects rather than just process and workflow as you'd expect for a BA. Your prior experience wasn't as crucial unless it was specifically in trading or fintech.

I interviewed in IFSC building in Nov 2019. There were 3 stages: Codility, Onsite interview 1, and onsite interview 2. Codility was pretty easy. Onsite interview 1 had 2 interviewers, one with 11 years of experience and another with 2 years. They each asked one question and I did really well. For Onsite interview 2, I asked the recruiter if it would be behavioral or technical. She said behavioral, but it turned out to be technical. I wasn't fully prepared for that. I did okay, but not as good as the first onsite. In the end, I was declined for reasons they wouldn't share, possibly because I'm an international student. The recruiter just said, "We can't!" which was a frustrating end.
