The interview process was pretty quick and handled smoothly by the corporate talent acquisition team. The questions they asked were pretty easy and basic, and at times it felt a bit too laid-back. It includes an onsite part where you get to meet the whole team, which is a nice touch.

The interview process involved an initial HR phone screen, followed by a request to submit a video cover letter, and then a second phone call. The first HR call went well and lasted about half an hour. After that, I had to record a two-minute interview discussing a technology-related topic. Then, a team member called me for a second round, but they were over 40 minutes late, and the call itself was only 15 minutes long. It felt like I had already been rejected before this second call, but they still made me prepare and wasted my time.

I got this job through an internal referral. First, HR emailed me asking for my SAT/GRE/GMAT scores and when I was free for a phone chat. Then, I had a phone interview with HR where they asked basic stuff like why I'm interested in Nexant and this specific role, whether I prefer working alone or with others, and if I've used any stats tools before. The HR person was really nice and professional.

  • Could you explain your interest in Nexant?
