The interview was fast and okay. I had to do a trial shift. They scheduled my trial shift during the busiest time of the week. It was really hard to remember all the tables and dishes. The place was super crowded, and I made a few mistakes. The manager wasn't pleased. Unfortunately, they said the manager would tell me the result, but she never did.

The whole thing took about a week and a half. I went in and met the manager, asked for an application. Came back the next day for an interview. Then the day after that, I had another interview with a different manager. I emailed them after that second interview, telling them why I'd be a good fit for SZ and why I really needed this summer job. They got back to me right away and hired me. I came in to do the paperwork and started not long after.

pretty easy, just know your ingredients, process of making, and presentation. You come in with your knives, your expected to have at least your own knife, and they will ask you to make Nigiri, a simple roll and a custom roll of your liking.
