First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Susan's Green Cleaning.
Cleaner
The interview for the Cleaner job was pretty easy and fast. First, they looked at my application, then we had a quick chat on the phone. The in-person meeting was mostly about my past cleaning work, when I can work, and if I know how to clean stuff properly. They also asked how I use cleaning tools and stay safe. Sometimes, they had me do a little test to see if I could actually clean. It all happened in just a few days, and they let me know about the job really quickly.
- Do you have any prior cleaning or housekeeping experience?
Cleaning Technician
I applied online and then had a phone call and an in-person interview. The office staff and owner were really nice and helpful.
- Were you asked about your prior experience?
- Did you discuss any techniques or tips learned from training?
Technician
It was a friendly and casual interview process, but they also gave me a lot of info. I had two interviews before they made me a job offer. They encouraged me to ask questions about the company and the role. It didn't feel too formal or like an interrogation. They were quick to let me know about the next steps after each part.
- How do you respond when you receive criticism?
