I found this opportunity online and applied. I was contacted by the Volunteer Manager in less than a week. The first call I had was a phone interview, which was pretty straightforward and lasted about 30 minutes. After that, we arranged for an in-person interview. The in-person interview itself was great, very relaxed and informal. I met with three interviewers, and the whole thing took about an hour.

I had a 15 min phone interview followed by an in person about a week later. Everyone was extremely friendly and inviting.
