A top executive reached out after I applied on LinkedIn and we had a good phone chat. He then suggested I meet with two other top executives in person. He kept me updated on scheduling. I also met a senior account executive during the in-person meetings with the top execs. All interviews were great conversations. Later, the chairwoman invited me to lunch and offered me the job. That same day, she sent me a signed agreement via email. Overall, SDI's interview process was thorough and pleasant.
