Talent Acquisition Intern
Amazing interview process! Definitely the best I’ve had. The team was very efficient and kind and was always respectful of my time. There were three rounds of interviews; two phone calls, one zoom call. They told me generally what to prepare for the second and third calls, so it’s up to you to review the materials. Very fair and transparent process
- In the final interview, I was asked to select a business and explain how said business makes money, i.e. their business model.

The interview had a phone call first, then I went onsite to meet a bunch of people from the team. They also showed me around the office so I could get a feel for the place. Everyone was really nice, answered everything I asked, and made me feel super relaxed. Some chats were in person and some were on video, but it was smooth going from one to the other, and the video people felt like they were right there with me.
- Some questions about my past behaviors and some situational questions about my experience.
- What do you want to ask me?

The interview process went smoothly. I enjoyed meeting the team and observed a strong company culture, with a beautiful office space. The company's product is well-positioned for future growth, which is great to see. It appears there's low employee turnover, and many staff members come from top Silicon Valley companies and tend to stay, which is a positive sign.
- What drives your passion for this field?
- Can you elaborate on your past experiences?
