Disappointing experience, went through 5 rounds with HR, the Local Director, two team members, and the Director in the US. Didn't get an offer, and wished I'd known sooner that I wasn't wanted. The interviewers could have been more respectful of my time.

The recruiting process was very considerate and thoughtful. Communication was fast, and despite having multiple interview panelists, the process moved quickly. Overall, it was a great experience. All the interviewers seemed nice and highly competent from the beginning. I really wanted to work there after talking to all of them.

I applied online and heard back from a recruiter really quickly, probably because they needed someone ASAP. I ended up talking to 9 people in total, which felt like a lot, but I get why now – they're really picky about who they hire to make sure they fit the culture and have the drive. It started with a 30-minute phone chat with the recruiter, who then set up my onsite interviews with the hiring manager. The whole onsite part happened over two weeks. Day one was a 45-minute meeting with my hiring manager, who took me to a coffee shop to keep it casual and then showed me around the office. Day two had 4 interviews, each about 30-40 minutes, mostly with people in middle and upper management. Day three was similar, with 3 interviews of the same length, again with middle and upper management. Some interviews were laid-back, others really put you on the spot to see how you'd handle pressure. The main thing is to be prepared, know your stuff, and draw from your past experiences. You really have to sell yourself. Keep it professional but let your personality show to make everyone comfortable. They might throw in a curveball question, just answer it as clearly as you can. I always make sure to ask questions at the end, no matter what, to show I'm really interested. Keep in mind, everyone's experience can be different – some new hires interviewed with fewer people, some had tests or presentations, it really depends on the department and role. Some interviewers are straightforward, others will challenge you.
