I was the main person involved in the interview process, and it went well. The atmosphere was nice, and they asked some pretty challenging questions, which was good. These kinds of things really help you grow personally and professionally. Let me know if you have any questions!

HR reached out to me for a discussion, which I found to be a very good interview. I clearly explained my projects and resume. After the discussion, which ended on a positive note regarding potential next steps, I received no response for two weeks. Unexpectedly, HR then informed me that the hiring manager deemed my resume unsuitable for the profile and suggested staying in touch. Given my 10+ years of experience at a Fortune 100 company, I've never encountered such a disorganized recruitment process that seemed to waste my time. The interviewer appeared unprofessional and unclear about the role's requirements. I advise others not to waste their time with this company.

The interview process was pretty good and organized. Recruiters set high expectations, saying things like 'you have excellent feedback' in emails and calls. They were nice throughout. However, it didn't lead to an offer, and I was told I was close but another candidate had more experience. I reapplied for a junior role, and again the recruiter acted like I had the job, with only the offer letter left. Then, they suddenly dropped me last minute without even a formal email rejection, ignoring my messages. It seems they keep interviewing until they find someone better, keeping candidates waiting.
