Customer Service Representative
You'll have a few interviews. First, the recruiter will chat with you. Then, you'll meet with the Manager. After that, there's a panel interview with some senior support team members or a lead. Sometimes you'll also talk to a manager from another location. The last step is an interview with the manager you'd be reporting to. Each interview will focus on a specific area: technical knowledge, how you work in a team, and your general soft skills.
- Can you explain a technical idea to someone without a technical background?
- How do you show your team skills?
- Tell me about your soft skills.
Customer Service Representative
I had to meet with a few executives after getting through two phone interviews and a chat with the recruiter. Then, I did a computer test to check my typing speed and grammar. I ended up getting the job.
- Tell me about the behavioural questions you were asked.
- Tell me about the competency-based questions you were asked.
Customer Service Representative
Went through a long hiring process. First was a 1 hour 1:1 interview. Then a final panel interview with 5 people, each taking 30-45 minutes, totaling over 3 hours. Ultimately told I was too qualified, which was frustrating since they had my resume beforehand and could have saved me two vacation days.
