I had a good experience overall. I applied via LinkedIn and a recruiter contacted me after about two weeks. The first interview was straightforward and suggested I was a good fit. They got back to me quickly, within a day or two. Next, I interviewed with the hiring manager, which was a good conversation. I was informed that a panel interview would follow if I was selected. They responded in about two weeks, which is understandable given the scheduling challenges. The final interview lasted two hours with a 30-minute break and included the hiring manager and two senior customer success managers. It was also straightforward, and I enjoyed talking with everyone.

I put in my application through their online system. First I spoke with the recruiter. Then I met with the hiring manager. After that, I had three separate 30-minute meetings over a few days with different senior associates. Setting up the meetings was easy. Momentive gave us information about the interviewers beforehand. They seemed to really set us up for success.

I had a phone screening with some basic questions, then a phone interview with the Sales VP. I was asked typical questions like why I wanted to work there and to talk about my experience for both interviews. A week after my second interview, I messaged the recruiter to follow up. They responded right away saying they'd check with the hiring manager and get back to me by end of day, but I never heard back from them.
