I had interviewed with SIS over two years ago and they reached out again about a senior lead position matching my 20+ years of experience. I first did a two-phase online exam covering experience and personality. Before starting, I shared my salary expectations, highlighting my C# expertise, multiple language skills, management background, and clean record (cleared for Camp David). I also mentioned my 5+ years in medical device software development. This was followed by a phone interview with general programming and detailed OOP questions. The interviewer seemed knowledgeable about software development. Unfortunately, after two weeks, I received a rejection email, which I suspect was due to salary, despite initial discussions. Their email system was also problematic, with my replies to the recruiter being marked as undeliverable. I do not recommend this company.
