Applied online and got a call pretty fast to set up an in-person interview. Before that, I had to do some weird tests they emailed me – like sorting 15 things from best to worst, including stuff like a running fridge and a murderer. The office interview was supposed to be 2 hours. For the first hour, I wrote an essay by hand about why I'd be a good fit and did computer tests, like an IQ test and a typing test. This felt unnecessary since other companies usually email these to do on your own time. Then, finally, the actual interview happened with two people. Standard questions. Afterward, they asked if I wanted to job shadow for at least 2 hours a few days later. I did, but quickly realized it wasn't a good fit, so we didn't move forward.

The whole process took about two weeks, which felt pretty normal. Getting started with the job after being hired took a little while, though. I think I just had to send in my resume and maybe a couple of writing samples. The interview itself was a bit intimidating because there were two interviewers who kept talking over each other, making it hard to get a word in.

I initially applied for an Account Processor role but was actually hired for Director of Agent Program. My first interview had standard personality questions. I got a second interview request quickly, which they valued. Both were in-person, with the owner and upper management. They considered my personality and skills and offered me the Director of Agent Program role, which they thought was a good fit for me and the company. I accepted and started a few days later.

Someone put in a good word for me with the hiring manager. I got a call and then had one in-person interview. It went for about an hour and was pretty relaxed. The questions were pretty standard interview stuff. There were three people there: the owner, the department manager, and the most experienced processor.
