First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Surefox North America.
HR Specialist
I interviewed for the role. The company then put all hiring on hold. They called me back three weeks later with a job offer, which I accepted. They sent me equipment. Then, they called to rescind the offer and gave a false reason. They stopped responding to all my communication. The hiring practices and process were terrible and unprofessional. Avoid this company!
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Resilience Officer
The interview process took weeks and was painful, and they ended up hiring me for the wrong location. They blamed me the entire time and lied from the start. They don't look out for you and don't follow their own rules or legalities.
- Where would you like to be placed?
Human Resources Business Partner
I went through 2 virtual interviews with Surefox, and each time it was a panel of 3-4 people. They were really good about scheduling them quickly, within a week of each other. The interviews were mostly behavioral and situational questions, and I'd say they were medium difficulty, but they made me think. Everyone I met was super friendly. They did offer me the job, but they wouldn't budge on salary or start date, even after I made counteroffers. Then, they actually rescinded the offer, which was a bit weird, but ultimately their decision to make.
- They asked a lot of behavioral and situational questions, which were moderately challenging but encouraged good thinking.
- The questions required a good thought process and were of medium difficulty, focusing on behavioral and situational aspects.
