My recruiter screen was really good, they seemed genuinely interested in my background and how it fit the role. They asked specific questions directly related to the job, avoiding generic ones.

Applied online, sent resume and cover letter. Store manager called 3 days later for a mini phone interview, and scheduled a face-to-face for 2 days later. The in-person lasted about 45 mins, mostly about past sales, management style, and what skills I bring. The next day, I had a 20-minute phone interview with the District Manager, again on sales performance and management skills. I got an email about a background check and was offered the job 5 days after that.

Behavioral Presentation

I went out to lunch with the District Manager and they asked me a bunch of questions about my job focus. They really pushed me to give certain answers but were pretty vague about the rest of the process. After lunch, they met with my store manager and hired me right then and there.
